Travel Options
Self travel – Les Contamines-Montjoie is 900km from Calais ferry port. On average it takes 8 hours to drive in a family car to Les Contamines-Montjoie from Calais, the journey is all on motorways apart from the last 10km, your speed, how long you take for rest stops and the traffic and weather conditions will obvioulsy alter this time! Please visit our channel crossings page to search for a ferry crossing, early booking during the half term is highly recommended.
Coach travel – We can provide executive overnight coach travel departing from Dover on Friday 10 February 2012 and returning on the morning, usually by 10am, on 18 February 2012, this is £190 per seat return. The coach has reclining seats, toilet, DVD player and refreshments – hot & cold drinks and snacks for a fee. Coach travel is based on demand as a minimum number is required. However, if you are a large group of up to 49 we can provide your own private coach to come and pick you up and take you directly to resort, price per seat for this private service is dependant upon the number travelling on the coach.
Airport transfer – We are not able to book your flight but please vist our flight page to search for a flight. We can take over once your flight has landed and transfer you to resort and back. The best aiport to fly to for Les Contamines-Montjoie is Geneva as it is only approx 1 hour 20 minutes each way, this time does depend on the traffic conditions and the weather. The price varies depending on how many people are in your group, the airport your fly into and whether you want a shared or private door to door service. You can also book car hire from any aiport by visiting our airport services page.
