This refers to a combination of information such as your name, contact details, travel preferences and special needs/disabilities/dietary requirements that you supply us or is supplied to us, including any information about other persons on your booking. Your information is collected when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa) or make a booking. You are responsible for ensuring that other members of your party are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us. We will update your information whenever we can to keep it current, accurate and complete.
Your booking
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, contact number, this applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information.
We may have to pass the information provided on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as accommodation providers and transport companies for example. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. We will not however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers when requested, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to thisinformation being passed on to the relevant persons.
Direct marketing material
We will hold your information, where collected by us, and may use it to inform you of our offers in the future. If you do not wish to receive such approaches in the future, please email or write to us requesting that you do not wish to be contacted by us for marketing purposes.
We will not pass on or sell your details to any other marketing company or person.
Cookies
We do not use Cookies to store information about you or your activities on our website.
Your right to see the data held by us
You can at any time request to see the data we hold for you (for a £10 fee) and to correct any inaccuracies. You can request this in writing either by email or post.
